Fantastic concierge, incredible service, Johnny the concierge was fabulous. he found us great dining options, booked our massages, and organized a private fishing charter that made our birthday celebration perfect.

The pool area was truly a highlight for our family. We spent memorable evenings there, enjoying the warm breeze and live music. The staff was also incredible. they helped us navigate Key West, suggesting the best family-friendly spots and arranging activities effortlessly. My mother loved the serene ambience.

My kids wished there were more activities for them around the property.

Staff were super helpful, and the hourly shuttle to the old town made exploring easy. Perfect place for a group getaway!

Only downside was the noise from nearby events, it could get a bit loud at times, but we managed.

During my stay, I loved the easy stroll to the nearby Key West Tropical Forest and Botanical Garden, just a bit over a mile away, and the convenience of enjoying delicious food at the local Hogfish Bar and Grill, only about 1.5 km from the hotel. the hotel offers a lovely shuttle service to downtown, making my explorations effortless.
